| Mr. O’Byrne, a licensed landscape architect, received a BLA degree from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry @ Syracuse University in 1986. He has over 19 years of experience as a principal and senior manager in the planning, permitting, and design of land development projects. In 1990, Tim established a Capital District (NY) based landscape architecture and planning firm. In 1996, he sold his firm to one of the “Engineering News Records” top 300 Architecture / Engineering firms and became a principal in the acquiring company. He was responsible for over $ 2.5 million in annual revenues and a multi-disciplinary staff of 25. Tim has also established a “Business Development and Marketing Group” for a prominent Hudson Valley (NY) engineering firm. Tim currently serves as Director of Operations for Martha Schwartz Partners, an international landscape architecture and urban design firm head-quartered in Boston, MA. He is also a NYS licensed real estate agent with TL Metzger & Associates, LLC in Albany, NY and is President of O’Byrne Associates, LLC. |

| Mr. O’Byrne’s project experience includes: Office and retail development; single and multi-family residential communities; institutional facilities; and mobile communication sites throughout the northeastern United States. Throughout his career, Tim has focused on client satisfaction and on-time / under budget project execution by driving project Schedules, maintaining Budgets, and monitoring overall Quality. Areas of expertise include: Site Feasibility / Acquisition Support – Conducted due diligence feasibility studies of land parcels to assess use restrictions, potential environmental issues, land use options, zoning / permitting implications, project review time frames, and the availability / capacity of utilities and infrastructure. Project Management – Able to drive project from inception through construction. Responsible for overall project profitability from preparation of scope of work, budgets, and schedules. Solicited, analyzed bids, and coordinated sub-consultants. Responsible for the review of submittals, change orders, requests for payment, and invoices. Regulatory Permits and Approvals – Responsible for the coordination of all local, regional, state, and federal permits and approvals, inclusive of: planning and zoning, health department, Department of Transportation, federal and state wetlands, stream disturbance, and archeological assessments. Projects have required significant public presentations and the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements. |
